Missing Woman Reported in Christian County, Kentucky. Authorities Seek Public’s Help in Locating Ellen Maples

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (February 28, 2025) – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) are actively searching for a missing woman last seen in Christian County.

On February 27, 2025, at approximately 8:06 p.m., KSP Post 2 received a report of a missing person in the Hopkinsville area. The missing woman, identified as 35-year-old Ellen L. Maples of Clarkson, was last seen leaving Jennie Stuart Medical Center.


Authorities describe Maples as a white female, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing dark pants, a green sweater, and white shoes.

The investigation remains ongoing under the direction of Trooper Aaron Jestes. Authorities are asking the public to remain vigilant and report any potential sightings or relevant information.
