Muhlenberg County, KY – The Muhlenberg Court Fiscal Court has approved the acquisition of a new property for the Muhlenberg Humane Society. In a recent social media post, the Muhlenberg County Humane Society stated "We can’t wait to share the plans, location and timeline! Be watching, we are already working on it."
The current facility located at 615 Muhlenberg Dr in Greenville is over-crowded and consistently in need of renovations & repairs to maintain a safe environment for the animals housed there. Recent storms have left kennels flooded and staff scrambling to keep conditions manageable.
