CENTRAL CITY, KY- Police Chief Jason Lindsey is once again announcing the CCPD's "Shop With A Cop" this year. This program has helped many less fortunate kids enjoy a fun and exciting time shopping and gathering gifts for Christmas. The Central City Police Department is now accepting donations. All checks can be made out to "Central City Police Department" (subject line should say "shop with a cop") and dropped off at the office at 208 North 1st Street in Central City. The date for shopping is December 21st at the Central City Walmart. the police department is encouraging businesses along with individuals to get involved this year either by financial donations or donations of toys and games.
