Powderly, KY – Bomgaars, a leading farm and ranch retail chain based in Sioux City, Iowa, has announced plans to open a new store in Powderly, Kentucky. This will mark the company’s second location in the state.
CEO Torrey Wingert expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “We are looking forward to opening a store in Powderly at the end of May. This will be our second store in the great state of Kentucky. We will work hard each day to provide the residents, farms, ranches, and small businesses in Muhlenberg County with what they need…when they need it.”
The new store will be located at 145 Copper Creek Drive, occupying the former Rural King building. To support the opening, Bomgaars plans to hire local employees for a variety of in-store positions. A hiring fair is scheduled for:
April 1 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
April 2 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
The hiring event will take place at the store's new location.
